CV

Katrīna Marta Riņķe °1997 is a Latvian visual artist painting with light, steel and found objects. Reflecing on human nature and time shaped environment, her work is poetic and at the same time monumental.
KASK School of Arts Ghent Master's degree graduate, currently pursuing artistic research within HERITAGE LENS project together with ISSP Riga, Cobertura Photo, Officine Fotografiche Rome and Fotofestiwal Lodz. Photographic reserach focuses on the fluid terrains of Latvia's largest lake Lubāns and the dissolvement of immaterial heritage during climate change.
